Vice President & Manager, Oil & Gas
Raylene Rogers joined TCO in 2006 as an assistant vice president. She was promoted to vice president in 2017 and serves as manager of our Oil and Gas Management division.
Raylene is a landman with more than 20 years of experience in title curative, leases and assignments.
She is well-versed in legal compliance documentation, and oil and gas lease negotiation and acquisition.
She is a member of the Tulsa Association of Petroleum Landmen and the American Association of Professional Landmen.
