Julissa Uriarte joined Trust Company of Oklahoma in April 2013. She is responsible for compliance and ERISA regulated testing, performing and presenting contribution calculations, and tax reporting for employee benefit plans. She also collaborates with clients in ensuring the accuracy and completion of large plan audits.
Before joining TCO, Julissa served as a human resources consultant for ONEOK. Prior to her employment with ONEOK, she was a human resources business partner with CommunityCare.
Earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas, Julissa majored in political science and Spanish with a minor in French. She then earned her master’s in public administration from the University of Oklahoma.
Julissa is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds her Qualified 401(K) Administrator™ (QKA®) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Additionally, she also holds both her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
Julissa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, and the Tulsa Employee Benefits Group. She has served on the steering committee of the Tulsa Employee Benefits Group in the past.
