Julissa Uriarte joined Trust Company of Oklahoma in 2013 as an assistant vice president in the Retirement Plan Solutions Division. She is responsible for compliance, client and participant reporting, ERISA regulated testing and tax reporting for employee benefit plans.
Before joining TCO, Julissa served as a human resources consultant for ONEOK. Prior to her employment with ONEOK, she was a human resources business partner with Community Care HMO, Inc.
Earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas, Julissa majored in political science and Spanish with a minor in French. She then earned her master’s in public administration from the University of Oklahoma.
Julissa holds both her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications. She also holds her Qualified 401(K) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Julissa is a member of the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Tulsa Employee Benefits Group and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. She currently serves on the steering committee of the Tulsa Employee Benefits Group.
