As we reflect on the past year at Trust Company of Oklahoma, I’m filled with immense pride and optimism for what lies ahead. Our commitment to providing you with exceptional service and expert wealth management is unwavering, and a key part of upholding that commitment is investing in the very best talent.

Over the past 18 months, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming 17 new professionals to our team. Each individual brings unique skills, fresh perspectives, and a shared dedication to our core values. Their arrival significantly enhances our capabilities across various departments, ultimately allowing us to serve you better and manage your legacy with even greater precision and care.

I want to take a moment to introduce some of the vital roles we’ve filled:

» Elevating Our Client Experience: To ensure our communications are clear and impactful, we welcomed Liz Walters as our new marketing manager. On the client service front, Charles Franczyk joined us as a client service advisor, and Annie Tran, CPA, stepped into the role of wealth advisor, further strengthening our direct support to you.

» Enhancing Our Operations: Behind the scenes, our operations are more robust than ever. Terri Threlkeld is now trust operations lead. In our Retirement Plan Services division, we’ve brought on Allison Dargen Burnes as retirement plan operations associate. Chloe Eide and Stacy Sallman are now retirement plan participant services associates, and Allie Killblane is a RPS relationship plan manager. Finally, Julia Mitchell, CPA, has joined our team as RPS compliance officer, further reinforcing our commitment to regulatory excellence.

» Fortifying Our Foundation: To ensure our internal systems run seamlessly and our team is well-supported, we’ve made crucial hires. Jeremy Lippiatt is now leading our technology initiatives as director of IT. Our administrative backbone has been strengthened with the addition of Laurie Cox and Rosa Hood as administrative assistants. And ensuring we attract and retain top talent, Brittany Morgan is our new human resource manager. Rounding out our support functions, Erin Herring is now our account support associate.

These strategic hires are a testament to our growth and our proactive approach to meeting your evolving needs. Each new team member has been carefully selected for their expertise, their alignment with our client-centric philosophy, and their potential to contribute to our collective success. We believe that by investing in our people, we are ultimately investing in your financial well-being and the secure future of your assets.

We are incredibly excited about the talent we’ve brought on board and the positive impact they will have on our services. Thank you for your continued trust in Trust Company of Oklahoma. We look forward to many more years of partnership and shared success.
