Emily Crain joined Trust Company Oklahoma in 2017 as a trust officer and was named assistant general counsel in 2025.
Previously, she practiced probate, trust litigation, estate planning, and guardianship at The Allison Firm, PLLC.
In addition to being a director of the Oklahoma City Estate Planning Forum, Emily is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and Oklahoma Bar Association. For several years, she has served on committees that review and award applications for the associations.
She has held leadership positions for the Mayes County Bar Association, Tulsa Estate Planning Forum, Tulsa Title and Probate Lawyers Association, and the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Emily’s commitment to community service is as impressive as her professional achievements. She currently serves on the boards for the Sunny Dayz Mural Festival and the Edmond Public Schools Foundation, contributing to her community’s cultural and educational development.
Her past involvements include leadership roles in the Annie Oakley Society, the Red River Region of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Oklahoma Lawyers for Children, the WINGS OK, the Cherry Street Farmer’s Market, and the Tulsa Camerata.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys entertaining her two sons at local pools and splash pads in the summer and at the science museum and libraries on cooler days.
At home, she is often looking for the perfect piece to complete the latest Lego robot creation, reading books, and running around in the yard with the family dog.
