Emily Crain is an attorney who joined Trust Company of Oklahoma in April 2017. Prior to joining TCO, she practiced in probate, trust litigation, estate planning, and guardianship.
Emily completed her education at the University of Missouri, where she obtained dual degrees in journalism and history. She then pursued her law degree at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she earned the Order of the Barristers award.
As an active member of the legal community, Emily is associated with various professional organizations. She holds memberships in the Oklahoma County Bar, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Emily dedicates time to community organizations. She serves as the director of the Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council, working to advance estate planning practices in the Oklahoma City area. Emily’s involvement in the professional community extends to the awards committees of both the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma City Bar Association.
Emily is actively engaged in philanthropic efforts. She currently sits on the Edmond Public School Foundation Board. Additionally, she serves on the leadership committee for the Annie Oakley Society, which supports initiatives for education at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City. She is also part of the leadership team for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for the Red River Region.
