Trust Company Rebranding Effort Recognized

TULSA, Okla. (Oct. 18, 2011)–Among the 32 Tulsa-area communicators honored at the Tulsa Chapter ofInternational Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Bronze Quill Awards on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011, was Allison Starke of Schnake Turnbo Frank | PR for her work with Trust Company of Oklahoma.

Starke accepted an Award of Excellence on behalf of STF | PR and Studio Savage for her work with Jeff Savage of Studio Savage and the team at Trust Company of Oklahoma on Trust Company’s rebranding initiative.

The two-year Trust Company identity campaign addressed essentially everything Trust Company previously used: name, logo, letterhead, newsletter format, all collateral materials and website.

“The finished concept was unique but not overstated, elegant but not frilly and tasteful but not pretentious,” Starke said. “The time investment and finished product reflects the thoroughness that the principals at Trust Company put into all decisions they make.”

Trust Company CEO Tom Wilkins unveiled the new identity in the spring of 2011 at an all-employee meeting with Starke and Savage present.

The Bronze Quill reception and awards ceremony was held at Tulsa’s Harwelden Mansion.
