DEBI J. COMBS, ERPA, QPA, QKA®

Debi Combs has been with Trust Company of Oklahoma since 1989. She currently serves as senior vice president in our Retirement Plan Solutions Division. Her expertise includes retirement plan design and consulting, compliance and ERISA testing, as well as client and tax reporting.

Debi began her career at Utica National Bank in 1983, working in both the energy and trust departments. While there, she was a trust officer and manager of trust operations.

Debi is enrolled to practice before the IRS as an enrolled retirement plan agent (ERPA). She also holds the Qualified Pension Administration (QPA) and Qualified 401(K) Administrator™ (QKA®) designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. She has been a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries since 2004 and a member of the Tulsa Employee Benefits Group since 1995, previously serving on their steering committee.

Debi is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa Class 52 and remains active in the organization. She previously served as treasurer and member of the board of directors of Coffee Bunker, a nonprofit peer-run support center for veterans located in Tulsa.
